Returns and exchanges
Most items can be returned or exchanged if the product has not been worn or used, and does not show visible signs of wear. Please see below for specific item information.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product, please return the unworn and unaltered item(s), to us in original condition and with all tags attached, within 7 days of receipt and we will replace it or refund your purchase with store credit.
Shipping fees are, unfortunately, non refundable. Returns will be processed within 5 business days after we receive the returned garment.
Exchanges will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned garment.
Merchandise may not be returned if worn or washed. Defective merchandise may be exchanged for a replacement or refund.

We are not responsible for lost returns. We strongly recommend that you track your return. Once we receive the garments, we will notify you via your email address on record, of the refund, store credit or exchange. If the selected exchange item is not in stock in the size/color selected, we will email to notify you of that fact.
Please note that 1828couture.com is a fashion company and trends move quickly. Items may sell out fast, so please be aware and act quickly when requesting an exchange. Stock is limited and once sold out, some styles cannot be reordered.
